Technology is the driver behind much of what we do for our clients and we are justifiably proud of our capabilities, which can be outlined in three areas:
People
Grass Roots employs some 150 technologists in 12 countries across the world, including technical architects, business analysts, programmers and infrastructure managers.
Process
Our key business processes are visible on line via technology from the leading vendor QPR. This is where our own business system – the Grass Roots Management System (GRMS) is housed and maintained.
We operate the highest standards of project management using standard tools such as MS Project and the ProjectPortal based on a work management project from Jira.
We follow a seven-stage project deployment model, operate robust document management and version control procedures and develop software, all to ISO standards. Our technology desks in England, Northern Ireland, America and India provide round the clock client support.
