Grass Roots has been working in the healthcare sector for two decades and are Affiliate Members of the ABPI. As such we have regular training sessions together with updates on the code of practice from the PMCPA.

We understand how the code directly deals with ‘public perception' which includes such elements as the standard of hotels that can be used for internal and external meetings, the class of air tickets, meal arrangements, meeting content, the invitation process and promotional materials used.

A New European Business Model
Working with this client Grass Roots piloted three centrally managed events for several EMEA countries, which included event and delegate management, congress registration, full logistics management and flight booking. Meeting numbers averaged 400-600 people.

Delivering Return on Investment
A major pharmaceutical client had been operating Investigator Meetings in four regions independently in market for a number of years. Over time, this approach resulted in a lack of consistency and continuity for attendees, poor attendance levels and falling levels of attendee satisfaction. Grass Roots' virtual team turned this situation around.
