22 days plus 3 "Grass Roots" days (usually taken between Christmas and New Year). You will be entitled to an additional day's holiday on completion of 3, 4 and 5 years of service, and an additional 2 days' holiday on completion of 10 years of service, making a total of 30 day. We also regularly allow the purchase of additional holidays through salary exchange. - Life Insurance
