However, at Grass Roots we have remained consistent in our view that we provide the best results for our clients when we are in control of the service provision. That's why we prefer to employ in house (rather than contract out) specialists in programme and systems design and build, creative resource, content creation, contact management and fulfilment.
As part of our commitment to providing the highest level of service to our clients, we operate a Quality Management System that complies with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008.
As our much of our work involves holding and managing sensitive data on behalf of our clients, we are also proud to be accredited with ISO 27001, the industry standard in Information Security. We have always prided ourselves on robust processes and gaining this accreditation is a further sign of our commitment to maintaining the highest possible standards where our clients’ customer, employee and channel partner data is concerned.
