Supply Chain Processes

  • Long term supplier relationships spanning more than 20 years
  • All supply chain processes are performance managed under the company’s ISO 9002 registration including Corporate Responsibility (CR) considerations
  • Bi-Annual supplier reviews with Grass Roots Board members to review financial stability and ensure best practice
  • All suppliers are treated as partners with an annual celebration of performance successes
  • Online inventory system
  • Integrated links to UPS World Ship system including track & trace, goods in transit insurance, customs and duty facilitation
