e-Learning
Inevitably, once e-learning became a possibility it soon became a fashion and before long it was being touted as a panacea. Some years on, realism and sanity have worked out what e-learning can do very well and what it cannot hope to achieve.
As a company with several strings to our learning bow, we propose e-learning only where it fits, and where it does we have the tools and the techniques to make it work. Under one roof and on one payroll we have learning experts, writers, designers and programmers whose combined efforts will make business sense and learning enjoyable.
Participants discover information in interesting and interactive ways: our programmes are real experiences, not textbooks on screen, and in some cases they have been the catalyst that breaks down user resistance to ‘computers’. Obviously, the e-learning medium's single biggest advantage over traditional methods is its ability to track and report performance.
