The retail sector is another hotbed of competition where survival depends not only on having the right product range, but on learning from direct customer feedback, developing a service experience that has a measurable impact on customer satisfaction, and rewarding those employees who are making a real difference. Increasingly this applies as much online or via the call centre as it does in the store.

The leisure sector also continues to evolve. As the market has matured the health and fitness sector has become increasingly sophisticated in terms of consumer segmentation, while the right kind of guest experience has never been more important to hotels.

While our knowledge of these sectors has grown, we've also had some great fun along the way!
