Nigel Cover appointed Vice President of MSPA, Europe

Nigel Cover, Executive Board Director, of performance improvement company, Grass Roots, has been appointed Vice President of the Mystery Shopping Providers Association Europe. Nigel takes over vice presidency of the European arm of the association with immediate effect.
With a global membership of more than 300 companies, the MSPA is dedicated to improving service quality and strengthening the mystery shopping industry. It is the goal of members to improve and stimulate the acceptance, performance, reputation and use of mystery shopping services and Grass Roots has been an active member since 2005.
Taking over the vice presidency at the MSPA’s recent annual conference in Istanbul, Nigel Cover said: ‘I am honoured to be given this opportunity. The MSPA is a very progressive association and it is essential for our clients, mystery shopping panel and employees that Grass Roots is part of it. The MSPA, like our business, is dedicated to providing the highest possible standards of delivery for our clients.’ Nigel takes on the role for a year, after which he will become President for a two year period.
Jamie Thorpe, Head of Commercial Relations at Grass Roots, has additionally taken on a Network Director role covering the UK and Ireland on behalf of the MSPA.
Jamie’s role will involve improving communication within the MSPA, its members, and overall within the mystery shopping market in Europe by bringing more research, case studies and materials to its members.
