Business services company Grass Roots Group is celebrating its latest batch of ISP Diploma in Motivation graduates.

Lorraine Rough from the Solutions Development team was awarded a distinction, while her colleague Sophie Hughes gained a credit. Michelle Westley from the Reward Services team also received a credit.

Claire Barratt made it four successful students for Grass Roots and she was delighted that all the hard work had paid off: “Getting back to studying wasn’t easy, but it’s great to be rewarded at the end of it. I’m hoping that this qualification will help me make my next career move at Grass Roots. I think it is also very reassuring for our clients to know that the company has so many client facing individuals who now hold this Diploma”

Claire’s success brings its total of currently employed ISP Motivation Diploma graduates to 37.

Chairman and CEO, David Evans is a huge advocate of continued professional development: “I’m delighted to see we are keeping up our strong track record in formal qualifications. Those that get ahead in business never stop learning.”

This year’s diploma presentation ceremony took place at the House of Commons on February 8.
