From the outset, Grass Roots has always supported and rewarded colleagues for living our values - they are our lifeblood and drive us to deliver excellence every day. Our employees’ talents coupled with the daily demonstration of our values, makes what us what we are today - and what we will be in the future.

We practice what we preach and use our own product portfolio to benefit and inspire our employees. Some examples of this are listed below:
- We run a popular and effective Good Ideas scheme which helps our colleagues make a real difference to our business. Any of our colleagues can submit a good idea and those that are accepted are rewarded via our Pure reward card.
- We have a culture of saying ‘thank you’ at Grass Roots, and our Exceeding Expectations recognition scheme enables any Grass Roots employee, or indeed client, to nominate a colleague for a reward for outstanding contribution.
- Grass Roots’ core values of Creativity, Energy and Commitment are also encouraged via our Performance and Development Reviews, so we can support our colleagues in developing the skills required to deliver excellence.
