 Listed in the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to work for the fourth year in succession. Grass Roots' capacity for 'Giving Something Back' was featured as a major strength.

Included in the 2009 Real Business/LDC Hot 100 Listing, which ranks the fastest growing private companies in the UK based on latest accounts for period 2005-2008.

David Evans, MBE was shortlisted in HR Magazine's 2009 Excellence awards in the 'Most People Centric CEO' category.

Awarded Sales Training Programme/Initiative of the Year at the National Sales Awards in February 2009 for Xcite Learning programme with GAME Stores Group.

Collected Gold for Best Motivation Programme at the ISP awards, June 2009. This award acknowledges our ASDA Instant Reward cards programme.

Awarded Silver at the IVCA awards, March 2009 for MINI Cherished Customer Strategy programme with BMW (UK) Ltd.

Community Business of the Year (for our support of the local community) and Environmental Award (for our approach to environmental issues and focus on reducing our carbon footprint) in Dacorum Council's Business Excellence Awards 2008.
